2. Data processed

a) Browsing data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, access times and other technical data collected automatically while browsing.

b) Data collected through cookies and analytics tools: information on how the website is used, collected only with prior consent given through the cookie banner. For details, please see the Cookie Policy.

c) Data provided voluntarily: name, role, company, e-mail address, phone number and any other information the user provides when contacting us by e-mail or phone, including information on vehicles offered or requested.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Ensuring the operation and security of the website: legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Analysing website usage in aggregate form to improve it (Google Analytics): user consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which can be withdrawn at any time via the "Manage cookies" link.
• Replying to contact requests and managing negotiations and business relationships with automotive professionals: performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interest in developing B2B business relationships (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Sending commercial communications and vehicle offers to professional operators with whom there is an existing relationship or who have requested them: legitimate interest or consent, depending on the case. Users may object or unsubscribe at any time.
• Complying with legal, accounting and tax obligations: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Processing methods and retention

Data are processed electronically, with appropriate security measures to prevent loss, unlawful use or unauthorised access. Data are kept for as long as necessary for the purposes stated:

• browsing data: for the time technically required, except for security needs;
• Google Analytics statistical data: up to 14 months;
• contact and business data: for the duration of the relationship and up to 10 years after its end to meet legal obligations; where no relationship exists, until the data subject objects and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact.

5. Recipients of the data

Data may be processed, as data processors, by technical service providers:

• IONOS SE – website hosting;
• Google Ireland Ltd – Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and e-mail services;
• Usercentrics / Cybot A/S – cookie consent management (Cookiebot).

Data may also be shared with the Controller's collaborators and, only to the extent necessary to complete a transaction, with the business counterparties involved (vehicle suppliers or buyers). Data are not disclosed to the public or sold.

6. Transfers outside the EU

Some providers, such as Google, may process data in the United States. Such transfers are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Rights of the data subject

Users may at any time request access to their data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, object to processing and withdraw any consent given, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal (Arts. 15-22 GDPR). Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali – www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the supervisory authority of their EU country of residence.

8. Provision of data

Providing contact data is optional but necessary to receive a reply to requests. Consent to analytics cookies is optional, and refusing it does not prevent use of the website.

9. Minors

The website is intended exclusively for professional operators and is not directed at persons under 18.

10. Changes

The Controller may update this notice. The current version is always published on this page together with the date of the last update.
